2010 Rates:
$75/hour (Billed in 15 minute increments after first hour) $20 Trip Fee (waived if job is over 3 hours)Office Hours are 8 AM - 6 PM Monday-FridayNights and weekends surcharge: $30/Hour (in addition to the base rate)
Policies:
Cancellation Policy - If an appointment is not cancelled within 48 hours, a $70 cancellation fee will apply.Parts Pickup Service Fee - $25 for each stop needed to acquire parts. Seattle Technology Services does not sell computer parts, however, can pick up parts and bring them to the appointment.We do personalized packages and special projects, please use our contact page if you need an RFP.
